High efficiency AC input 20A 5V laser driver

AAS20A5V is a kind of high efficiency AC input 20A 5V laser driver, which is used to drive 0~20A laser diode. 0~20A output current can be set by setting 0~2.5V analog voltage. It has been widely used for driving fiber diode, diode laser rod and so on. The physical figure of AAS20A5V laser driver is shown in Figure 1.

There are over temperature protection and short circuit protection inside. When the inside temperature exceeds the limit 90°C, the laser driver will shut down automatically. And when the temperature returns to the normal temperature range, it will restart. If there is a short circuit at the output, the internal protection circuit will cut off the output. 
In order to keep the output current as a preset value, the output voltage is automatically set between 0V~3.5V. A potentiometer can set the maximum voltage between 2.6V and 3.5V. If the output is up to the preset maximum value, it will always keep the maximum value, and the output current is no longer limited to the set values. In order to ensure the control loop work normally, it will be monitored in real time by the internal circuit.

Glass Encapsulated Thermistor ATH100K1R25

ATH100K1R25 series thermistors have three versions, ATH100K1R25, ATH100K1R25T70 and ATH100K1R25T70S. ATH100K1R25 has two bare leads; ATH100K1R25T70 has two leads covered with high temperature plastic tubing, non-sealed; and ATH100K1R25T70S comes with leads covered with plastic tubing, sealed.
This series thermistor is glass encapsulated, and can be applied to sensing temperature for laser diodes and optical components, etc. The thermistor has a compact size: φ1.25mm×2.0mm. The length of the two leads is 70mm. With high stability and reliability, the thermistor can sense solid block temperature in a wide temperature range: from −40°C to 270°C.
The nominal resistance @ 25°C is 100K ± 1%. In still air, the thermal time constant of this thermistor is 2.39s, and in water, it's 1s. The resistance accuracy is very high, 1%.

High efficiency laser power supply

AAS40A3.5V is a kind of laser power supply, which is designed for driving 0~40A laser diodes. It can set 0~40A output current by setting 0~2.5V analog voltage. There are short circuit and over temperature protection circuit inside. This laser power supply has high efficiency, more than 76%. It saves energy and has low temperature rise. AAS40A3.5V2 laser driver comes with 2.5V high stability reference voltage, which is utilized to set the output current and maximum output voltage. At the same time, the reference is also used as the reference of external ADC and DAC to monitor or set the laser current and maximum voltage, the so-called compliance voltage.

High stability thermistor ATH10KL2A

ATH100KL2A is a kind of glass encapsulated thermistors and it comes with an extra compact ring lug, as shown in Figure 1. When comparing with traditional epoxy encapsulated thermistor, this thermistor can provide higher long-term stability and a wider range of temperature. What’s more, it has compact size, short responding time and some other advantages. This thermistor can be utilized to measure the temperature of laser diode and optical elements with high accuracy and long-term stability.

The ATH10KL2A series thermistor has three versions, ATH10KL2A, ATH10KL2AT63 and ATH10KL2AT63S.. ATH10KL2A comes with bare leads; ATH10KL2AT63 has plastic tubing on its two leads; and ATH10KL2AT63S also has plastic tubing on its leads, and sealed. You can select want you need. Before using, it is recommended to read the datasheet. There are many other thermistor series in our company (ATI), such as ATH10KL2BATH10KL2CATH10K1R25 and so on.

NTC Thermistor ATH10KR8B

ATH10KR8B is a newly developed NTC thermistor of our company, Analog Technologies, Inc. This thermistor is the replaced version of our ATH10KR8, which has stopped production. ATH10KR8B series thermistors can be applied for temperature sensing for laser diodes, optical components, etc.
This thermistor is glass encapsulated with high accuracy and high stability. The resistance accuracy is up to 1%. It comes with very short response time. Similar to ATH10KR8, ATH10KR8B series also has three versions, ATH10KR8B, ATH10KR8BT65, and ATH10KR8BT65S. ATH10KR8B comes with bare leads, non-sealed; ATH10KR8BT65 comes with leads covered with high temperature plastic tubing, non-sealed; ATH10KR8BT65S has two leads covered with plastic tubing, sealed. Sealed thermistor can be used in severe environment. 
This thermistor comes with compact size, with diameter 0.8mm. The length of the two leads is 65mm. The maximum power at 25°C is 18mW. The temperature range is also very wide: from -55°C~250°C.

TEC modules
