The ATH100KL2B is a similar capped ntc thermistor assembly to with ATH100KL2C. Both of them has a thermistor head of ATH100K1R25, which is a glass encapsulated thermistor. Outside this thermistor head, there is a ring lug. The ATH100KL2B series thermistor also has three versions, ATH100KL2B, ATH100KL2BT70 and ATH100KL2BT70S. The ATH100KL2B has two bear leads coated with copper; the ATH100KL2BT70S has the two leads covered by high temperature plastic tubing and sealed by epoxy, while the ATH100KL2BT70 is the non-sealed, but with high temperature plastic tubing.
Comparing with epoxy encapsulated thermistors, ATH100KL2B series thermistor comes with higher long term stability, higher reliability and wider temperature range. This ntc thermistor also has a small size and short response time.
The ATH100KL2B series thermistor can be used to measure the temperatures of laser diodes, optical components, etc., with high accuracy and long term stability.
There are some differences among ATH100KL2A, ATH100KL2B and ATH100KL2C.The difference between ATH100KL2B and ATH100KL2C lies in the ring lug sizes: C has a bigger inner diameter than B. Different from B and C, the thermistor head in ATH100KL2A is ATH100KR8.
