The ATLS250MA106 laser driver is an electric module, which is used to drive laser diodes with up to 250mA extra low noise current. When powered by 5V power supply, the range of its output voltage is from 1.5V to 4V. During operation, there is no need of heat sink, and it also has a compact size, as shown in Figure 1, so it is very convenient to use in applications with limited space.

The ATLS250MA106 laser driver is designed and released by our company (ATI). There is a compensation network inside, so that even when the controller temperature rises, the output current can still maintain the same. What’s more, the controller provides two packaging versions: DIP package and SMT package.
